98pk Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings set out below whenever they appear. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of the document clearly.

• "98pk" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us": Refers to the 98pk online gaming platform accessible at 98pk.click and any related mobile-optimised versions of the same service.
• "Player" / "you" / "your": Any individual who has registered an account on 98pk or who uses any part of the platform in any capacity.
• "Account": The individual user account created by a player upon completing the 98pk registration process, through which all platform activity is conducted.
• "Balance" / "Funds": The amount of Pakistani Rupees (PKR) held in a player's 98pk account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited winnings.

• "Wagering Requirement": The total amount a player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.
• "KYC": Know Your Customer – the identity and document verification process that 98pk requires before processing certain withdrawals or at any point where verification is deemed necessary.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools": The deposit limits, session reminders and self-exclusion features available to every 98pk account holder from the account settings section.

Account Registration

To use any real-money feature of the 98pk platform – including placing bets, depositing funds or claiming bonuses – you must first create a registered account. The registration process is free and requires a valid Pakistani mobile phone number, a working email address and your accurate personal details.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on 98pk at any time. Registering multiple accounts – whether under your own details or using false identities – is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds held within them. 98pk uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate registrations.

2.2 Accurate Information Required

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration and whenever you update your account details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms. 98pk reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of any information provided and may suspend accounts where verification cannot be completed.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 98pk account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the 98pk support team immediately. 98pk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to protect their credentials.

Age Verification and Eligibility

The 98pk platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account on 98pk you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. Using the platform while underage is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a legal offence.

3.1 Verification Process

98pk reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during a player's use of the platform. Acceptable documents for age verification include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or B-Form for younger players at the discretion of the verification team. Until age verification is completed to the satisfaction of 98pk, the platform may restrict deposits, withdrawals or both.

3.2 Eligibility Conditions

Beyond the age requirement, you confirm that by registering on 98pk:

• You are registering the account for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not acting as an agent or representative for any other individual's gambling activity.
• You are not currently subject to any voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion from any gambling platform.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 98pk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 98pk does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit on 98pk is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods including Easypaisa and JazzCash. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful payment confirmation from your chosen payment provider. 98pk does not apply any fee or charge on deposits. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are separate from the 98pk platform and are outside our control.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered under the same name and identity as the 98pk account. You cannot withdraw to a third party's account or to a payment method in a different name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests submitted to Easypaisa or JazzCash are typically processed within five minutes. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification

98pk may request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where the withdrawal amount exceeds certain internal thresholds. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC and a screenshot of your payment method confirming account ownership. 98pk aims to process KYC requests within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation.

4.4 Deposit Limits

Players may set their own voluntary deposit limits from the account settings section. Once set, deposit limits take immediate effect and cannot be increased until the current limit period (daily, weekly or monthly) has expired. This is a responsible gaming feature and 98pk encourages all players to use it.

Betting Rules

All bets placed through the 98pk cricket betting and PSL betting sections are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules for individual markets may supplement these general terms and are accessible from within the relevant betting section.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation message from the 98pk platform showing the bet details, odds and stake. If a bet is not confirmed due to a connectivity issue, insufficient balance or odds change, it is not considered a valid wager and no liability is incurred by either party.

5.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds on 98pk are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment you click to place the bet may differ from the odds at which the bet is ultimately accepted if there is a change between your click and the platform's confirmation. 98pk will display the confirmed odds on your bet receipt. If you do not accept the updated odds, you may cancel the bet before final confirmation where the platform interface permits.

5.3 Void Bets

98pk reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that has been opened in error, where incorrect odds were published due to a technical fault, or where the outcome of an event has been determined by factors outside the normal rules of the sport. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to the player's account balance.

5.4 In-Play Betting

In-play bets are subject to a brief delay between bet submission and acceptance to allow 98pk to update live data and odds. During this delay the bet is marked as pending. If the bet is accepted during the delay, the confirmed odds will apply. Bets submitted during natural breaks in play – such as between overs in cricket – may be rejected at 98pk's discretion where market suspension applies.

Casino Games – Slots and Crash Games

All casino games available on 98pk – including slot games, crash games and live dealer titles – are provided by third-party game studios. Each game operates under the rules and mathematics published by its respective provider. 98pk makes no modifications to game outcomes, RTP percentages or payout structures.

6.1 Fairness and RNG

Slot games on 98pk use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by the respective game providers. Published RTP figures represent long-run statistical averages across millions of rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session. Crash games use provably fair cryptographic algorithms whose outcomes can be independently verified by any player using the verification tools provided within each game.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction – including a disconnection during an active round, display errors or software failures – the round will be settled based on the server-side game state at the time the malfunction occurred. If the server state cannot be determined, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance. 98pk is not liable for losses resulting from game malfunctions caused by factors outside our control.

6.3 Crash Game Cash-Out Rules

For crash games, a cash-out instruction is only valid if received and confirmed by the 98pk server before the crash event occurs. Cash-out instructions sent by the player that are received by the server after the crash event has been processed will not be honoured. Players using the auto cash-out feature should be aware that network latency may in rare cases result in the auto cash-out executing at a slightly different multiplier than the one specified.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

98pk offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms communicated alongside each promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that particular offer.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your 98pk account are subject to a wagering requirement unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rs 1,000 with a 10× wagering requirement requires you to place total wagers of Rs 10,000 using that bonus before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

7.2 Bonus Validity Period

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion will expire and be removed from your balance automatically. The validity period begins from the moment the bonus is credited to your account, not from the date the promotion was announced.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

98pk takes bonus abuse seriously. Actions that constitute abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit a low-risk strategy to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and providing false information to qualify for a targeted promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, 98pk reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings and suspend the account.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 98pk platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately and relevant funds may be withheld pending investigation.

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using alternative identity details.
• Using automated betting software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform in any automated manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error must be reported to 98pk support and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through 98pk.
• Using another person's payment method to deposit funds without that person's express knowledge and consent.
• Attempting to launder money or use the 98pk platform for any activity that violates applicable financial regulations.
• Sharing account access credentials with another person or allowing any third party to operate your account.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing any 98pk support team member or other player through any communication channel.

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by 98pk

98pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: suspected breach of these Terms, suspicious account activity suggesting fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or at the direction of a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

9.2 Where Funds Are Held

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the funds held in that account will be frozen during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the funds will be released and the account reinstated or the balance paid out. If the investigation confirms a breach, the funds may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and extent of the breach.

9.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Any player may request the closure of their 98pk account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon receiving a closure request, 98pk will process any remaining withdrawable balance to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

Responsible Gaming

98pk is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Online gaming is an entertainment activity but it involves real money and carries genuine financial risk. It is possible to lose more than you intended to spend, and chasing losses is a behaviour that 98pk actively discourages.

10.1 Player-Controlled Limits

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit or create derivative works from any part of the 98pk platform without our express written permission.

Game software provided by third-party studios on the 98pk platform remains the intellectual property of those studios. 98pk operates as a licensed distributor of that software and does not transfer any intellectual property rights to players through their use of the games.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98pk's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

98pk is not liable for losses arising from: internet connectivity failures beyond our control, third-party payment provider delays, game malfunctions caused by the game studio's software, force majeure events, or a player's failure to follow the security guidance in these Terms.

The 98pk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain platform availability around the clock, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and we reserve the right to perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service.

Privacy and Data
